See it on you before you buy it. Here is how Onsee works, how tries are counted, and how to reach us.
How it works
- Add a photo of you: full body, standing, plain background. A mirror selfie or a photo a friend took both work.
- Add pieces: from Photos, by pasting a screenshot, or from a store. In Safari or a store app, long-press the photo, tap Share, then Try it on in Onsee.
- Tap Try it on. Your first look takes about a minute and a half; a swap takes about a minute. You can leave the app; your look will be there for the next hour.
- Tap a piece to swap it. Only that piece changes. Keep saves the look to Photos.
Tries
- Your first 3 tries are free. On a very busy day a new device may start without free tries; buying tries always works.
- One try is one look or one swap. Tries don’t expire.
- A try is used only when a look is made. If a look fails, is stopped by the safety check, or takes too long, nothing is spent. If a finished look is lost on the way to your iPhone, the try was used: tell us and we will make it right.
- If a piece looks unchanged, Try again free is offered once for that look.
- More tries: 20 for $3.99 or 60 for $8.99 in the US; the App Store shows the price where you are. Open the menu and tap Get more tries.
- Your tries stay with your iPhone, including after a reinstall. If your balance looks wrong after a purchase, tap Restore purchases in the menu.
Refunds
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. When Apple refunds a purchase, the tries from it are removed from your balance the next time the app runs.
